I’m Kristina — co-owner and pastry chef of White Birch Bakery. I may be professionally trained in technique and method, but the love and passion I have for baking began when I made my first cookie as a little girl. You will find me in the kitchen happily preparing baked goods or shaping bread for you to enjoy. For me, there is nothing more special than watching someone take their first bite and enjoy it.
